This award was presented specifically for ReachLocal’s client survey program, which enables us to receive valuable feedback from clients, starting with their first meeting with ReachLocal, to ongoing support of their digital marketing, and in some cases, to after they’ve left our business.
By using surveys to track customer loyalty and satisfaction with our products, services, and sales processes, we’re able to collect the precise responses we need to take action and continue to improve client experiences throughout the organization.
