How Can You Tell if Your Content is Clear?

Content is king, Frost-Dean says, so you should make sure your site’s content is clear and accurate. But, how do you do that? If you can easily read through the content on your site and can define the topic of that page, it is likely clear to search engines. Because search engines are much better at broad keyword match than they used to be, you can focus on writing your content for people rather than search engines, and focus each page on your website around a specific topic like a product or service you offer. If you’re writing about that topic, you will likely include some of your keywords but in a way that’s much more natural and easy to read. How Do I Get My Business to Show Up on Page One of Search Engines?

There are a lot of factors that go into ranking organically, like:

  • Is your site mobile friendly?
  • Do you have reviews?
  • How consistent is your information across the web?

Search engines look at all this information, in addition to the content on your site, when determining page rank.
