With so many different review sites for local businesses out there, you may be wondering which sites you should focus on managing. Here are our recommendations:
- Yelp: With an average 25 million monthly app users and 72 million monthly web visitors, Yelp is a great place for local reviews and is fairly easy to claim and manage.
- Google My Business: It’s important to claim and update your business listing through Google My Business so searchers see accurate information about you on Google Maps and in Google Search. But it’s also a great place to manage and respond to reviews.
- Industry-Specific Review Sites: There are many review sites specific to industries that may be worth looking into. For example, Healthgrades is a big review site for the healthcare industry, and Angi (which is free to join now) is oftentimes a go-to place for the home services industry.
