ReachLocal Announces a Definitive Agreement to Acquire Kickserv

ReachLocal Kickserv Announcement

Today we announced that we are taking another important step forward in the development of our software business. ReachLocal has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Kickserv, a provider of cloud-based business management software for service businesses. We expect to close the Kickserv acquisition in Q4.

Kickserv helps owners manage their business more efficiently via appointment booking and payments. With Kickserv, clients only need to go to one place for a complete view of their business. Kickserv includes dynamic calendaring, invoicing and payments, integration with QuickBooks, customer tracking, analytics and many other features, all available via desktop or mobile apps.

Integration into bookings and our clients’ business workflow is an important element of our strategy. Kickserv provides an optimal platform to accelerate that strategy.
